Thursday Morning, Computer Lab
Angela is one of the few students left in Fandom without a laptop, so she's stuck doing her research for that newspaper project in the rarely-used computer lab.
Wrapped up against the cold in a bulky sweater, she nibbles absently on some raisins as she attempts to track students online, her cell phone at hand. (Though after she got hung up on twice by somebody at Summer Roberts' number, she's reluctant to attempt any more phone calls.)
She wouldn't mind being distracted from her work.
[OOC: Open to all -- come bug her.]

"It says he was trying to fill some teacher's car with roses. Somehow the car started and he ran himself over." Angela tucks a piece of hair behind one ear. "He's stil in traction."
"Summer was Rory's roommate before Anya Jenkins. Dark hair, pretty, talked about her boyfriend a lot? I mean, she probably just went back to her old school, but when I call her house to ask they keep hanging up on me."
"River's the wildcard for me, too. Do you think she's okay? How do you even look for someone from the future?"

"Do you know River's email? I mean, would she even have one?"
no subject
"Maybe the student directory has some information on her home e-mail or whatever they use in the future? Someone from from the future like Lee or Cally might know how that works."
Marty gives her a speculative look. "Is something wrong?"
no subject
"Nothing's wrong. I mean, not really. Except..." she sighs. "I got an email from mom. She doesn't want you to come for Christmas, Marty. I don't get it, but she sounded really definite about it."

Marty sat for a few seconds letting that sink in for a minute than plastered a grin on his face. Could be fake.
"Must have been that cranberry sauce joke I made."
no subject
"I seriously think it's, like, her issue, not yours. She was all, 'you shouldn't be so serious about him, blah blah blah.' Like, she's taking her issues out on me, or something."
She pauses, stroking his cheek.
"I'm so sorry, Martin. I'll come back to Fandom as fast as I can. Will you be okay?"

"You're the best boyfriend ever for being okay with this. It sucks."
no subject
"Best boyfriend ever? I like the sound of that. We can exchange gifts before you go home. That sound good?"

"See you later."

Marty leans in and gives her a quick kiss and then heads out to the library.
